This training is for anyone who wants to learn effective and safe control of external hemorrhage — both people without medical education and professionals working in uniformed services or rescue teams.

It is a global education initiative launched by the U.S. Department of Defense and the American College of Surgeons (ACS), aimed at empowering laypeople to respond to severe bleeding.
The program was developed based on military experience from Iraq and Afghanistan, where rapid bleeding control significantly increased casualty survival.
Today, the course reaches countries around the world.
Training Program
Opracowany na bazie międzynarodowych wytycznych TECC, TCCC oraz doświadczeń Developed in line with international TECC and TCCC guidelines and experience from police, military, and EMS teams.
The program includes, among others:
use of recommended tourniquets (CAT 7th gen, SAM XT, SOFT 5th gen, TX-2, TX-3);
how to make and apply improvised tourniquets;
use of Israeli dressings and bleeding control with wound packing;
application of hemostatic agents (Celox, QuickClot, Combat Gauze, Chitogauze XR PRO);
use of chest wound seals (SAM Chest Seal, BOLIN Chest Seal, HyFin);
use of dressings for abdominal wounds.
